Where are you located?
Thann Sanctuary Brunei is located on the 1st Floor of Bangunan Seri Kiulap right next to Jungle Gym. We share the same building with Baiduri Bank (Kiulap), InnerSpace, Le Taj, Capers, Coffee Zone.
What is your opening and closing hours?
Thann Sanctuary Brunei is open from Monday- Sunday, 365 days, 10am-10pm.
What time is your last appointment?
Our last appointment of the day is at 9pm, with a maximum treatment duration of one and a half (1 ½) hour.
Who is your therapist? Where are they from?
Our international teams of therapists are from Manila, selected out of a core group of 800 applicants. Most of them have been working in the spa hospitality industry for five (5) years, with others having an additional three (3) years experience as physical therapist. In addition, all of their skills are furthered enhanced by Thann Sanctuary Spa Director and Spa Professionals behind international acclaimed hotels and independent spa such as Crown, Hyatt, Hilton and Shangri-La.
What treatment service do you provide?
Thann Sanctuary offers a wide range of treatments ranging from our Signature Body Massage, Foot Reflexology, Aromatic Body Scrub, nature inspired Body Masque, Facial Ritual, Fusion Bath, Waxing, Manicure and Pedicure.
Do you provide treatments for both Male and Female client?
Thann Sanctuary is a licensed spa operation fully equips to receive both male and female clients. Treatments will be conducted in a separate area, ensuring the privacy of our client is protected at all times.
Do you offer any membership or series package?
Yes we do. Kindly please give us a call on 223 5599 to find out more about how to make Thann Sanctuary a regular part of your lifestyle.
Is there service charge added to the treatment price?
As a courtesy to our clients, we do not add a 15% service charge. Should you wish to express your gratitude for your satisfaction of excellent service that meets or exceeds expectation, kindly feel free to do so. These tips go directly to your therapist.
Do you provide Gift Certificate?
